SECC LAUNDRY do Not do Refund. In the rare case of of customer not being satisfied we redo your laundry with no additional cost. Before that we will need an email describing the reason for a re-wash and after review we will come to redo service but we can’t guarantee next day delivery. A re-wash may take take 3-5 business day before delivery. So please upon pick up please make sure everything is ready to go with instructions added while ordering.
